Deluxe restrooms with shower facilities and small indoor lockers available for rent
Vessel Pump Out
Self-service pump-out is available at each slip. Weekly or call in pump-out service is available for a nominal fee
Bicycle/Kayak/Paddleboard Storage
Located on the docks, space available for bicycles, kayaks and standup paddleboards
Skimmer
Located alongside the main walkway, our ‘Clean Machine” collects trash that gathers in the marina
Security & Cameras
Over 25 cameras located throughout the property – monitored and recorded. Overnight security guard at our Pier 32 Marina location checks cameras during the night and can be contacted in an emergency

Access is available on the docks with upgrades available through the WiFi company

Available for hook up at each slip using DirecTV

Each dock box is wired for phone service through AT&T
Concrete Docks
All docks are concrete single slips. Several specialty designed slips are available for power boats with wide beams and large swim steps.
Power
An individual meter available on each dock box allows power to your vessel.
Side Ties
Several side ties are available for your skiff, dinghy, or small watercraft – 12′ minimum.
Mail Boxes
Available for a monthly fee
